Course objectives
The overall objective of this course is to train EPSA employees working in the port and/or logistics sector, in order to strengthen continuous improvement processes, increase employee motivation, and make them more receptive to supervision and management actions.

This course is aimed at employees of Empresa Portuaria de San Antonio (EPSA), Chile. Any port professional, staff from logistics and port companies in the area, and professionals from different sectors who want to expand their knowledge of the logistics and port sector.
