Course objectives
Globalization and the energy transition have transformed international markets, making the logistics of specialized products, such as batteries, essential in this new context. This course offers a practical overview of port logistics management, with a special focus on the international transport and handling of batteries.
The main learning outcomes of the course include:
- Understanding the entire export and import process
- Identifying the key players in the logistics chain and understanding their specific roles
- Mastering the different types of transport: sea, land, and air
- Understanding the importance of customs regulations within the supply chain
- Understanding how ports work and the services they offer

Teaching team
The teaching team is made up of professionals with extensive experience and high levels of specialization in key areas such as customs management, maritime transport, port sustainability, and the digitization of logistics services. Their experience ranges from project and team management in public and private organizations to the development of manuals and training in leading institutions, providing a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the logistics and port sector
