Objetivos del curso
The Energy Transition in the Port Logistics Sector course is designed to provide knowledge to intermediate and operational managers in the port sector. It examines the current context of energy transition, covering European Union strategies, geopolitical situations, and the climate crisis. The course also reviews current regulations to ensure compliance with energy and environmental standards.
Content includes energy concepts, electricity generation, and types of fuels used in the sector, as well as externalities, particularly emissions. The course focuses on specific strategies for ports, highlighting current energy consumption and showcasing examples of successful international projects.

The course can be taken in person or online. In the latter case, the camera must be activated throughout the entire training session. In both modalities, attendance of 90% of the hours is required to obtain the certificate. Lectures are delivered 100% in English.
